I am using the Import Export Tools Add-On on Thunderbird. Is there any option to export all the mails as a SINGLE pdf file?
I am using the Thunderbird. I have installed the Import Export Tools Add-On. There is an option to export an email folder to PDF. But if there are 500 emails in my Inbox folder, then it creates 500 different PDF's, but I couldn't find any option to export all 500 mails in a SINGLE pdf file because there is an option to export as a single text file but not as a single pdf file. Is there any such option? Please help.

No. But I use a work around ; it's is fairly quick to do. I downloaded and use OpenOffice https://www.openoffice.org/
In Thunderbird Right click on folder in Folder Pane and select: 'ImportExportTools' > 'Export Folder' to eg: desktop or where you want.
You usually open text files with a text editor eg: Notepad But you can open using 'OpenOffice Writer' The use 'File' > Export as pdf'
Now you have a pdf file which you can open using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

When Writer imports the mbox file, does the export to pdf retain the graphics and html of the original message?
Another approach is to export the messages as pdf using either ImportExportTools or W10 Microsoft Print to PDF, then merge them using a free tool such as PDFMAte.

I've rechecked content and I cannot see any difference between exported mbox opened using Notepad or Wordpad and resultant pdf. When opening using OpenOffice Writer I'm prompted to set ASCII Filter Options. Selected:
- Character set as Unicode (UTF-8)
- DEfault Font: set same as used in Notepad 'Consolas'
- Language: English (UK)
- Paragraph break: CR&LF
The result appears identical to same mbox file opened using Notepad.
File > Export as pdf opens pdf options window.

and pdf opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Example image below, showing left to right, opened in Wordpad, Adobe Acrobat Reader for pdf and OpenOffice Writer.
Wordpad used as it offers wordwrap so I can show all three examples on one image. The obvious difference is Wordpad does not have 'pages', but context is kept intact.
