I had to completely reboot my computer. Now firefox is running slow and crashing all the time. Chrome works way better. Anyone else have this problem?

Firefox is the only program causing me trouble. I have a gaming computer so I know it isn't because of hardware.

Try Refresh Firefox

If the problem still exists then uninstall Firefox, reboot and reinstall.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
