I have the latest version of Firefox for Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) - version 53.0.2 (32-bit), and when I click on Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins, I have a message showing "Shockwave Flash is known to be vulnerable and should be updated. Update Now Shockwave Flash 25.0.0.127 Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

I have clicked on the Update Now link, downloaded and installed the Adobe recommended update, multiple times, while also restarting FIrefox multiple times afterward, but FIrefox refuses to think the plugin has been properly updated.

I have also used the Mozilla plugincheck URL: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ (via FIrefox) See screenprint: http://share.pho.to/AhVi9 which also thinks that Adobe Flash Player needs to be updated.

However, when I use the Adobe Flash Player version check URL: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html (via FIrefox) it shows my Adobe Flash Player is up to date. See screenprint: http://share.pho.to/AhViB

Until I can get this resolve I must manually activate Flash on every tab every time I need to use it (my sessions have over 100 tabs) - so this is very cumbersome/frustrating. What else can I do to resolve this?

Thanks, Dan
