awsome screenshot plus does not work on my computer. i deleted it

I downloaded "Awesome Screenshot Plus" a while ago and tried using it. It does not work on my computer (HP i7). So, I deleted it. I get better results by copying and saving. Does anyone know why this Addon is faulty??
