Firefox crashes: ID: 7fd843c5-7464-414e-ba4b-f1cd72160423
Hi Mozilla Support, Now, I'm having errors unresponsive plugin coupon. I have reinstalled the software coupon and firefox but still having the same error. Looking forward to help.

This is a problem with a hang in a plugin.
- Process Type: plugin Coupons Inc., Coupon Printer Version: 5.0.2.8 Filename: npMozCouponPrinter.dll
You will have to disable this plugin.
You can check for issues caused by plugins.
- set plugins to "Ask to Activate" on the about:addons page ("3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Plugins)
- plugins are not affected by Firefox Safe Mode
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Troubleshooting+plugins

You tried what?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Now remove or disable that add-on.
