Facebook is telling me I have malware but I don't; how can I prove this?
When trying to share a post from my newsfeed, Facebook says You have a malware issue...but other people can log onto their accounts from my computer, with no message. I've run antispyware, and it hasn't detected anything. Facebook is trying to make me install additional software, which I've read damages people's computers. I've heard that this is a problem mainly on Firefox?

It would also be interesting to see a screenshot of the facebook message and the web page address it came from.

I have no reason to doubt their advice. However it seems odd you need to log into to follow their links for scans.
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.
