Delivery has failed
This is what I get in return from a few recipients. I can´t make any sence of it at all! As one of the recipients is a netstore that I need to mail to this is somewhat annoying, to say the least! Any help is appreciated!! Diagnostic information for administrators:

That seemed to work but how do I make TB use the westeuropean code? It seems to be set to unicode and it looks as I have to specifically change code "by hand" if I wnat to use another code!?
I was too quick there, that didn´t work either! Need some other solution!
The bottom line is you need to contact the IT person or people at komplett and ask then what sort of defective mail system uses the code page of emails to filter spam. That is what is happening from my reading of the message.
My problem is that there are many recipients that return "undeliverable...." among them are a few companies that I try to contact to answer ads about employment! Can it be that they have blocked gmail-accounts? It is somewhat frustrating to try to get a job when your only way of contact is by mail!! Anyway thanks so far, I´ll have to find another way around!
The second issue in that report is the content of the message. Just how are you writing your message? Are you doing it is the likes of Word and pasting it in? Do you have an email signature? With images perhaps?
I open a message window within Thunderbird and write, in the case of applying for work I attach my CV and personal letter as .doc-files. I don´t have a sig or image. I attach .jpg picture of my driver licence. Does this affect the possibility of delivery? If so, how can I provide the requested documents and images otherways?
just try this if you can... load the JPEG to a files haring site like dropbox or google drive. Any site that allows you to link to the file... copy the link. Use the insert image to insert that image, and untick the attach this image to the message
Try it to one of those that bounced your mail previously and see if it goes through.
