my thunderbird wont load any of the other folders like drafts or sent it will only load inbox

Load them from where? If you are talking about folders on your providers web mail page then you must be using POP email. POP email only connects to the Inbox on the mail server. If you want more folders to sync then you need to be using IMAP email.
