Why can I see my buffalo router via Internet Explorer properly but not via Firefox?

more options

I have a buffalo router which I need to access via the internet to see info and change settings. I use Firefox as my default browser. However, the info that should be there does not show up when I use Firefox, although it does when I use Internet Explorer. I have updated the firmware so I know I am using the latest version and talked to the support team at Buffalo.

The router I have is model WZR-HP-G300NH, an Airstation Nfinity High Power.
