Words with Friends when accessed through Facebook will not load. Works fine on Internet Exlorer.
For several weeks I have been accessing Words with Friends through Facebook using Firefox. For the last two days, when I launch Words with Friends in Facebook using Firefox, a small window opens stating "Trouble Connecting to Facebook. It seems we're experiencing problems connecting to Facebook. Please refresh and try again." Refresh does not change the condition. If I access using Internet Explorer, I experience no problems.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Hello and thank you for the tip. I tried the reset feature, and it did not make a difference for this problem.
I'm also having this problem. Words with Friends via Facebook works fine with IE but I'm getting the same problem when I use Firefox. Has been occurring for the last 1-2 days.
Try to disable forcing a secure connection in Facebook.
It's now Sunday afternoon and the problem has somehow fixed itself. I have made no changes to my Firefox Browser. The Words With Friends app inside Facebook is now working fine. Duh?
I tried the reset feature as described. It did not solve the problem.
I have the same recent problem and none of the suggested solutions fix it. It worked fine and now it doesn't. Strangely, every once in a while Words with Friends will work in firefox but most of the time I have to go to IE...this is very frustrating.
My husband and I are having the same problem on both computers.
