Your screenshot shows that you have checked everything except the cookies, so you should only keep all cookies.
What history doesn't get removed ?
Note that Firefox 102 migrated the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" checkbox to the "Clear history when Firefox closes" settings and now always honors the exceptions as set via "Cookies and Site Data: Manage Exceptions". This means that if you toggle "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" then Firefox makes changes to the "Clear history when Firefox closes" settings as you can notice, so do not get confused. Just make sure not to clear the "Site Preferences" as that clears exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, and software installation and exceptions for passwords and other website specific data
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Exceptions"
"Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" - Settings -> Privacy & Security
Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history":
[X] "Clear history when Firefox closes" -> Settings
Hello, Many thanks your reply! It's all clear for me ragarding this: Settings -> Privacy & Security Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Exceptions" "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" My checkbox here is always unmarked (please find attached screenshot). I don't need to clean cookies data every time when Firefox closes. The problem is that Firefox do not cleans browsing and download history anymore and I can clear see that (the second red arrow in attached file). As you can see from my previous screenshots all my checkboxes in settings are are marked to do that. Even tried PC reboot, but browsing and download history stays uncleaned. I'm not sure this problem is since version 103.0 (64 bit), just occasionally have noticed that not so long time ago. Please help to resolve this :)
