Not able to minimize reminder window
Hi. I am running Thunderbird 68.4.2 (64-Bit) on Manjero Linux. What ever I try, I am not able to minimize the window which shows up when the reminders are triggered. All other window manager functions are working properly for reminder window. When I open i.e. Thunderbird/About window or other windows in Thunderbird, everything works like expected, including minimizing the window.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
Thanks, -S

There is no intention for you to minimize those windows, only to acknowledge them and dismiss the reminder. On windows you have no option to do anything with the about dialog but close it.
Hi Matt, thanks for your answer.
Does "There is no intention for you to minimize those windows..." mean that this is is intended behavior and minimizing the reminder window is not possible at all, or does it mean I shouldn't care about and handle those reminders as you mentioned?
Thanks, -S
I mean I do not believe the developers intent for you to be able to minimize those windows. You certainly can not in Windows.
In Linux you are certainly able to minimize the about window.
I do not know the intention of the developers, so I can not determine if this is a bug or a feature.
Does anybody else have any experience using Thunderbird with Linux and is able to comment on this? Is it possible to minimize the reminder window when using linux?
Thanks, -S

Does it possess the minimize icon in the window?
Yes, it is there, not greyed, just with a regular apperance like in other windows too.
