Just today Firefox on my Windows 10 stopped working at all after completing an update. When I try to open it no messages or error comes out. Taking a look at processes tab in task manager while opening 2 instances of Firefox briefly shows up but both closes pretty much instantaneously. No other browsers including IE and Chrome is affected. In safe mode with networking, Firefox boots up fine.

Here's some things I have done so far:

- Tried all things under no error message here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-wont-start-find-solutions

- Uninstalled Firefox, rebooted, installed. Manually uninstalled Mozilla from Program Files folders. Backed up profiles and also removed Mozilla from AppData folder. No instances of Firefox popped up in task manager and resource monitor during process just to make sure.

- Same thing as above except in safe mode.

- Tried to open Firefox using run command "firefox /safe" but no dice.

- Did a system restore.

- Uninstalled previous Windows 10 update.

At this point I have no clue what's causing the problem as all other browsers work fine and next option might be to reset Windows 10 but I'd prefer to not do that if possible.

So I sorta solved my problem by installing Firefox in 32-bit instead of 64-bit and just like that it works with my profiles still intact. No slowdowns or anything of the sort so far and working just like it used to. I'd prefer to stick with 64-bit since I have 100+ tabs running (not sure if that'll make a difference) but this will do.
