Freezes in print to pdf dialog box in mac os mojave

i have the latest mac os mojave, latest firefox version and it's been freezing on the print to pdf dialog box where you choose the folder where to save/print the pdf. After a few seconds it just freezes. This really sucks since i print a lot in PDF via the web browser. this is a deal breaker and that i have to force myself to go back to chrome. Same case with the latest version of firefox developer edition.

hi, may i just ask if you are using the final/stable version of macos 10.14 or one of the pre-release builds and what hardware you're on?
