Unable to open any tabs, "Gah. Your tab just crashed" after Windows Update
Using Firefox 57.0.2 (64 bit), every tab seems to crash today. Prior to today it was sporadic issue, now happens with every tab. Have verified "Hardware Acceleration" is not checked Had Windows Updates early this morning, unsure this had anything to do with it.

Was FF a clean install?
Earlier this year I had uninstalled the 32 bit version, 64 bit was a new install then and worked good for quite a while.
What is the best way to get assistance from Mozilla Support for this issue?
You have us, Mozilla Volunteer Support. Some are better than others.
Go the Menu then Tools --> Options --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 0 = No Multiprocessor = slow again. TRY 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please.
Run Windows Disk Cleanup. ( Note: this should be Pinned and Run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files.
Defrag.
Update Video Card Drivers.

Menu then Tools --> Options --> Performance and untick everything - This was already done. What does this mean, where is this at? not sure what you are asking me to change "change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 0 = No Multiprocessor = slow again. TRY 2". I ran disk cleanup again, this was already done and is already a weekly task. Ran "Defrag" last night, didn't help. New video card was installed this summer with the latest drivers, checked again to verify, no change. Looking at the "Crash Reports" attempting to figure this out, I see "Crash Reason" shows "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_WRITE". Any idea what this means? I'm Googling it to see if I can find anything out but would hope you guys would know something.
As stated, I'm using Firefox 57.0.2, but when I look at Control Panel -> uninstall a program, I see 3 versions of Firefox: Mozilla Firefox 49.0.1 (x86 en-US) Installed on 6/22/2017 - Size 92.3 MB - Version 49.0.1 Mozilla Firefox 49.0.1 (x64 en-US) Installed on 12/13/2017 - Size 140 MB - Version 49.0.1 Mozilla Firefox 57.0.2 (x64 en-US) Installed on 12/10/2017 - Size 140 MB - Version 57.0.2
This issue with all tabs crashing started on 12/13/17, which shows above that version 49.0.1 was installed, even though I'm using version 57.0.2 Would this have something to do with my issue? If I go to the location of the Firefox install, there is only one install. If you are going to want me to attempt to clean up the above 3 installs, what would the preferred process be if there is only 1 install directory?

This is a community help forum not a Paid/Hr help forum. This needs to be cleared up. Users help and Mozilla developers reply when they can. Your asking other to answer at beken calling 24/7 isn't what this forum is for. They help when they can to give a answer.
Thanks for the information, wasn't aware this wasn't actual Firefox support. Thought I'd get some assistance here for this issue but guess I'll start adding my bookmarks to Chrome as Firefox is pretty much unusable
