Hi vineetg84, In order to further investigate, can you please hit submit and copy the crash ids that start with "bp-" in your response.
Thank you!
here is a screen shot
1. Those crash reports probably aren't going to tell us anything about your posted problem with the hard disk activity when WiFi is enabled.
2. None of those crash reports have the BP- which indicates they have been submitted to Mozilla. Hit or miss when trying to query the reports database to see which one's made it to Mozilla. And some go back way into last year. Please click on each of the most recent report ID's [like maybe the one's dated in 2015) so that your Firefox can submit those Crash Reports to Mozilla]. Then give us the new ID #'s that have the BP- .
Hi,
there are no ids with BP-,however i have noticed that several times the problem arises coz of shockwave plugin, many times i get a message, shockwave pugin has stopped responding,do you want to stop the script? something like that
If the "bp-" prefix is missing then click its line on the about:crashes page to submit the crash report and the crash report will get a "bp-" prefix (do not add it yourself).
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
