hello,
this article may help you please go through it.
regards, gautam sharma.
I looked at the crash report and a web search found a problem with a program; bitdefender. Do you have this?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode; Press the Alt or F10 key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;
Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences
Then Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?. Then restart.
hello thx guys for trying to solve my problem but still have same problem and nothing cant fix it so how i can fix it good i have did turn off Use Hardware Acceleration. Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration. in safe mood and i restart and when i open site its close by itself and the problem still here

Sorry, been away.
You said bitdefender removed. Please make sure. Sometimes programs leave something behind after being removed.
You said turn off Use Hardware Acceleration in safe mood and restart Did you poke around the web while you are in safe mode? If you haven't please give it a try.

so any advice i also disabled most of the add-ons
shlwapi.dll is pretty high security file and can use high cpu. In the bug associated with crash may be malware.
I would recommend running a malware scan.
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

what i can do more to solve this problem thank you
galpgaree2 I read you scanned with MalwareBytes. Is that the only one you scanned with? You need to scan with each of those tools that guigs2 mentioned above as they will pick up different kind of malware
