Problem connecting juno webmail
Recently switched from Juno 5.0 to Juno Webmail, since I wanted to get away from using IE as my background browser for e-mail. Since yesterday I have had a problem connecting. I can log in to My Juno. When I click to get to the Message Center where my e-mail folders are, I get re-directed to a blank page which says "[email protected]......." The periods keep on "moving", but the page never loads. Wrote to June who told me to insure that java script was enabled, that my cache was cleared etc. Did all this but still cannot connect. But, I found I can connect via IE!! Uninstalled and reinstalled Juno - still no success. I am running XP with Norton 360 and Norton Utilities. Last night I did a Disk clean up and a disk optimization/defragmentation. After that the problem started. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem. Happened once before but corrected itself the next day

Hi,
You can also consider the Reset Firefox feature via Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information.
Also make sure that your Norton software isn't blocking JavaScript or other content.
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Had the EXACT problem.
My FIX: unistalled the AVG toolbar and no longer had the problem.
I am running Norton security suite and assume there was some conflict with the AVG toolbar that thought JUNO was a bad site.
Hope this helps.
