Today Firefox just started crashing, repeatedly, maybe every 10 minutes (even crashed during my first attempt at submitting this request). Updated plugins to latest version but to no effect. Also crashes in safe mode

Check your Rapport programs for updates.

Do the same with LastPass. If there is still a problem, disable LastPass.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

Hello,

It is a crash signature with "Messagepump", please disable Trusteer (Trusteerraport) and check if the issue persist, otherwise remove Trusteer and check it again.

The problem seems to have been Rapport Trusteer. Uninstalled and crashing has stopped. Am now going to install the latest version, fingers crossed it won't case more crashing...
