I have a certification problem with Thunderbird and Firefox when trying to access anything of google.com. No other mail or browser software has this problem.
When I use Thunderbird to access my gmail account I get a Secure connection failed www.mozilla.org uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
I have the same problem with Firefox when accessing anything Google (search or the site). I have gotten rid of all history, cookies and reinstalled from scratch. I believe the two programs have the same problem.

I don't get this with any other program.

The fiddler2.com issuer in certificates might be a sign of unwanted software present on your computer that is intercepting secure network traffic. Please go into the system control panel and uninstall programs like BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, SafeGuard or other software that sounds suspicious and didn't get installed by you intentionally.
Afterwards, run a full scan of your system with a security tool, e.g. like the free version of SuperAntiSpyware.
