Is there an official Mozilla process to fix my website's security certificate issues?
People can’t get into my website because Firefox says it isn’t secure. We fixed our security certificate issues but we use a new certificate authority for verification that is not currently part of Mozilla’s trusted certificate store. We still need Firefox to update their certificate store to get rid of the error message. Is there a process that Mozilla has to go fix this? Does anyone know how long this would take? We are worried about losing a lot of viewers because they don’t trust our site.

I don't know about the process to get a new CA into the FF certificate store. But I think you're better off getting a cert for your site from a CA which already is in the FF certificate store.
what's the site in question?
Don't hold your breath.

There is not much that you can do on your side if Firefox doesn't have the root certificate built-in in the Certificate Manager.
Best would be to switch to a CA that has its root certificate included in Firefox.
