Go to START then RUN then in the opening window type msconfig and click OK, then you see the SYSTEM CONFIGURATION UTILITY window, find the START UP tab and UNcheck FIREROX [ ], click OK to save it. Restart the computer.

You may also wish to go into Start, then all programs, and then the startup folder. If Firefox is listed there, go ahead and delete it.

Not related, but so you know, Firefox 3.6 is going to stop receiving updates in April. This means it will no longer receive security or stability updates, leaving you open to potential holes and bugs. I would begin preparing to update to the latest version of Firefox (currently Firefox 10) within the near future.

Also, you are running some very out of date plugins, so to keep yourself safe, go ahead and update those as well. See here for more information
