How do I add the "new tab button" next to the last tab?..I'm using ver 9.0.1. and they are missing and I can't locate how to add them.

I did have the new tab button next to open tabs but with a recent Firefox upgrade the tab button went away. Have gone through all the help items but how to add the new help tab is not listed. The only way to open a new tab is manually using the windows/t buttons or opening file and choosing new tab.

Hi,

It could be that it is hidden behind another icon. Please try this: right-click on the empty space after the last tab and Customize.... With the mini window open you can move the other toolbars and icons around to check if the New Tab button is hidden. You can also check inside the Customize mini window for the icon named New Tab. Otherwise clicking Restore Default Set will hopefully restore it back. Please note that though nothing is uninstalled or disabled when you click Restore Default Set, you may have to redo all manual/personal toolbar changes.

Thank you..the restore default brought the tab back..I'll just need to customize again, no big deal. Thanks again!
