How do I report an obvious attack website to Mozilla for addition to the Firefox filter?

I went to this URL http:// uqam-antispyware. co. cc/ fast-scan/ (obviously don't go there) which makes the firefox window as small as possible and starts churning through cookie information. Highly suspicious behavior in my mind and the resize makes me think it should be part of the filter. I have no idea how to contribute to that filter because your website is a bigger mess than Western Japan is right now.

moderator broke up that hyperlink so it doesn't work

Pres the Alt key to bring up the old menus, then in the help menu select "Report Web Forgery"

Not really a attack site but a site that targets inexperienced Windows users into thinking they need to download something to clean their computer only to then get infected by that .exe they downloaded and ran.

That site obviously a fake scanner when it is claiming to be scanning my computer which is using openSUSE Linux.
