The desired graph can be seen using Internet Explorer. However in Firefox no graph is displayed. The message shown above is displayed instead. As far as I can see, the latest Java Console 6.0.23 is marked active in Firefox/Tools/Add-ons as well as Java Platform SE 6 U23 6.0.230.5 Next generation Java Plug-in 1.6.0_23 for Mozilla bowsers in Firefox/Tools/Plug-ins.

Can you post a link if the website doesn't require authorization (log in)?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
