Your list of plugins shows that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. Are there any particular sites that you are having problems with?
Hey Tony, Thanks a lot for the reply. First of all tell me how you found out that my firefox has the FP plugin. After posting this question, I found out that my firefox has this plugins called Shockwave Flash 10.1.82.76 and that I came to know that this is actually the Flash Player for Firefox. Now my Firefox is playing/showing the site correctly. Thanks for the help.
I would like to ask you another question which is also relating to flash player. But relating to chrome. I know i have to add these 2 files of Flash Player such as : NPSWF32.dll and flashplayer.xpt in my : C:\Documents and Settings\Kamrul Hassan\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins. I got these 2 files after unzipping the downloaded flash player folder. But the problem I am facing is that I cannot find the plugins folder in my Application folder above. So I have pasted those 2 files in Application folder itself. The Plugins Folder supposed to be in the Application Folder. Now i am not sure whether the flash player will work in my chrome browse.
I think its not working because the website that I am talking about is playing fine in Firefox, but in chrome the web site's applications are not playing as well as it supposed to. I can trace chrome in my XP but could not find the Plugins folder. Can you please help me regarding this issue.
Thanks Kamrul
Click on the "More system details" link to the right of your first post, it shows your plugins.
For Chrome questions you can ask in the official Google Chrome Help forum. For info since Chrome 5.0.375.86, it has a built-in Flash plugin. The plugin inside Google Chrome is called gcswf32.dll, but it should also be able to find and use the Flash plugin in the default Flash folder (C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32.dll).
You can see the installed Firefox plugins in Tools > Add-ons > Plugins and on the about:plugins page.
