How do I get in to my hotmail account . I click on the emails and get a blank page
Had to sign out of hotmail. Then tried to resign in to hotmail and could not. each time i put www.hotmail.com in the the address bar. the next page was blank. and at the bottom in the grey bar was Done. NO matter how many times I tried to sign in . still blank page. If I can't get access to my hotmail account how do I get this answer ?

There are several reasons why the site may be blank:
- Bad item stored in the Browser Cache: Follow the steps at How to clear the Firefox cache.
- Bad cookie from the broken site: Clear cookies from the broken site by following the steps at Clear cookies and site data in Firefox.
- Firewall software is blocking some resources on the page: see Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet
