When I am trying to drag and drop an email from Outlook to Salesforce in the Firefox browser I receive the error message "Drag and drop failed. The drag and drop event is not from a valid Source." Please help.

Issues with dragging links or images can happen if you run Firefox as administrator and made changes to the UAC settings. In that case Firefox runs with medium-integrity in Windows Explorer that doesn't allow dragging to an application or target with a higher integrity. You can check for issues with UAC, see:

Yes, this does work but it is not practical as over 100 emails get attached every day. I use Chrome at the moment which works fine but would like to switch to FF. However, the extra time to move to desktop, attach, delete off of desktop might be too much. Also, I am not an admin so correcting the UAC is not an option either.
