How to disable Troubleshooting Mode in Firefox Help menu
How can I remove/disable Troubleshooting Mode from the Firefox Help menu to prevent unauthorized install/uninstall extensions, javascripts, etc.

I'm not sure that troubleshooting mode is related to what you want to prevent but you probably need to create a policies.json file. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customizing-firefox-using-policiesjson

Hello amstack-gen, you can exit Firefox's troubleshooting mode by clicking the menu button on the top right corner of your Firefox browser, and then clicking the "Exit" button. The next time you launch Firefox, it should launch without being in the troubleshooting mode. Hope this helps!

Hi! To disable Troubleshooting Mode, you just have to click the Firefox menu and select the Exit option. After that, all the Firefox tabs will be closed. Troubleshooting Mode will be disabled the next time you launch Firefox.

Terry, thank you so much for the info and the link. I finally get "Troubleshooting Mode" grayed out in the Help menu by adding "DisableSafeMode": true to the policies json file.
