Problem with Firefox in combination with email software
Within the last week, I have been unable to view posted images sent to me from apparently only the USPS website. Images embedded or attached to other emails have not been a problem. I use Yahoo (AT&T) as the mail service. This issue does not exist with other browsers used - Google, Edge or Opera. It appears to be only this particular combination of browser, email client and website. I have done all of the suggested tasks including re-installing Firefox. Apparently both Firefox and the USPS updated portions of their software in the last week or so. Also note that I am not tech savvy. Thanks.

thanks for the additional information.
Perhaps the better solution would be to downgrade/rollback to the previous FF version.
But if you want, you can test your FF and your yahoo via Windows Safemode with Networking.
If you can temporarily launch safe mode windows and FF is able to show you those images via Yahoo Online, then this is a something beneficial for us to know.

So the issue you have is with viewing your online Yahoo email account via FF and for some reason, the USPS emails are not rendering?
Just to share some alternative information:
I have a usps account and i am able to get their messages and pics into my TBird email application via Google Gmail. And as shown in the attached pic, i can view USPS pics via FF.
Are you able to also log into USPS and use FF to view mailpieces? Or is FF also not rendering images in the USPS account?
Thanks. Using Firefox I get no images on the direct USPS email. If I log into my account, I can see them but not on the direct content informed delivery email. I can "click" on the space and generate an image using additional software. I get the direct images using any of the three other browsers with no trouble. As I stated, this problem is about a week old. I also ran Firefox without the add-ons, etc. Still an imaging no-go with this site.

Interesting result. This past weekend I ran cycled Firefox twice in the "troubleshoot" mode with no helpful results. I just ran it again and the images showed up in that mode. I then restarted Firefox in my normal mode and the images are there. I guess that it needed another kick in the britches. thanks for the help. It looks like trying some sort of a reset a few times is sometimes needed. Thanks again and Kudos. If it happens again, I will submit another query and deeper dig may be necessary.
I'm glad its resolved !
Third time was the charm. Thanks again and I am glad the the simple approach reset it this time. As is too commonly said these days, 'stay safe.'
