How to hide all tabs in one or more containers

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/containers seems to suggests that it's possible to hide all tabs in certain containers, but does not explain how to do that.

"Hide and Show: Assume you use your browser for both Work and Personal tasks. When you come home at the end of the day, you don’t want to be thinking about “Work” anymore, but your browser is full of Work tabs. You can “Hide” your Work tabs and proceed with your Personal tasks. Then the next day, when you are back at work, you can “Hide” your Personal tabs and “Show” your Work tabs."

On an aside, I'm also getting pretty confused between collections (mobile), containers (desktop), sessions, tab groups, etc... they all seem to have overlapping but different functionality.

Thank you for the pointer. I'm still confused, though...

I tried the containers feature in FF73 (without any related add-on) and was able to use & create containers, assign tabs to containers, etc...

However I don't seem to find functionality to show/hide containers and the menu discussed in the article you pointed out seem not to be there.

So, containers are built-in into Firefox but to manage them one needs the Firefox Multi-Account Containers add-on? That's very confusing.

Alright, installed the add-on... the hide/show feature is there but it's pretty hidden! It's a great feature but could do with some UX improvements.

And it feels pretty related to the upcoming collections feature on mobile.

I still can't figure out how to hide/show containers. I installed the extension and went through all the wikis here with no success
