Hi borisv99,

From what I understand your print to PDF option is not working, is that correct?

If you haven't already, you could try restarting Firefox in Safe Mode.

To do this :

  1. Click the menu icon in your web browser
  2. Click Help(?)
  3. Click Restart with Add-ons Disabled...
  4. Click Restart
  5. Click Start in Safe Mode
  6. Try printing to PDF and see if the issue is resolved.

If you can print to PDF, it is possible that one of your extensions may be interfering with your web browser.

If not you could further troubleshoot (for reference link below) by :

  • Check if this print to PDF function works correctly in other web browsers ( Chrome, Edge )
  • Reset Firefox printer settings
  • Check Firefox page settings

None of these changes/options/settings solved my "Microsoft print to pdf" problem in Firefox. In Chrome, it is the same problem with "Microsoft print to pdf" but, no problems with "Save as PDF" choice.
