When either Thunderbird or Firefox attempt to open a file dialog box to select a location and file name for print to file, the application closes instantly with no crash reporter. The same happens in Thunderbird whenever I try to save any attachments from an email, as soon as I click "Save", the program crashes abruptly.

Hello there Ronb. We have read your message.

Yes the print job refused and no crash report. Not both in Firefox files and also not in Thunderbird?

We try to help you. Greetings Firefox volunteer
