I am able to play https://www.msn.com/en-us/video/wonder/could-this-be-the-legendary-magic-bridge-connecting-india-and-sri-lanka/vi-BBHPSZW in Firefox for Android v57.

I did see a problem with MSNBC video and reported https://webcompat.com/issues/14687 to see if we can get MSNBC to fix their site.
