There are thousands of websites listed in the Permissions Manager that have no relationship to any site I have ever visited. Where do these come from and should I be worried that someone is in my computer?

I think I've figured it out. The Permissions Manager list seems to fill up when I do a Spybot Immunization. It seems that it adds all of those sites. I know that it puts those sites into the "Exceptions" and blocks them.
