Firefox "find in page" not working
"Find in page" (Ctrl-F or Cmd-F) is only finding text if it's currently visible on the page. If the text is down the page, out of sight, Firefox will say that there are no results found. If I scroll down so that the target text is now in view and hit Find again, it will highlight the text.
I restarted FF with add-ons disabled, and same problem persists.
FF 34.0.5 (but this problem has been present for a while) OS X 10.10.1

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.
Some of these add-ons give the page search more power.
I found it was one particular page that was giving FF trouble, all others works fine. Visual Studio's Team Foundation Server, for the record. Not sure what's going on there, but at this point it's not FF's fault.
That was very good work. Well Done. Please flag your last post as Solved Problem so other will know.
