I use firefox v32.0.3 on a Google Nexus 7. I want it to prompt for my username when I connect to GMAIL/Contacts etc. I goto settings=>privacy->clear private data. It prompts for my username the 1st time, and then afterwards it just allows direct contact without prompting for username or password. How do I disable this?

Thanks Terry

Looks like you would need to manually sign out after every sign in to get the behavior you want. Google does not provide a "stay signed in" check box to Firefox for Android.

You can ask Google to better support Firefox for Android at https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/gmail

Let me explain what want:

 2-step verification enabled.
           1. My HOMEPC not to prompt for username/reg-code when I connect to Google Contacts.
           2. My TABLET will prompt for username/reg-code when I connect to Google Contacts.

I am unable to get this to work.

 Step 1 does work.
 Step 2 does not work.

My 1st connect to my tablet allows me to connect to Google Contacts without prompting for username or reg-code.

My HOMEPC is registered 'On Oct 4, 2014, you chose not to be asked for verification codes on this computer.' My TABLET is not registered.
