sync log in is blocked
Hi
I am trying to log in to firefox Sync. When it told me could not recognize my log in email as a valid, I tried to reset my password. And again the system state couldnt no recognaise my log in email. When restarted adn tried again, it said the "Attempt limit exceeded".
My login email is [email protected]

Hi peinostroza, Thank you for your email, I understand the frustration and I am sorry that you are not receiving a password reset email.
Please check your spam filter and try to reset the password one more time. Once you have successfully clicked on the reset password link remove the account from Options > Sync and readd the email and try the new password.
Again sorry for the frustration, but we will keep trying.
