I need to save a website to my desktop for a short cut . How do I do that? There is no option
I am needing to save the website address https://my.waldenu.edu/portal/User/LcpLogin.aspx to my desk top short cuts. I can do this with internet explorer, but I don't like it and cannot find an option to do this with my Firefox. Can someone please help?

Chosen solution
- Resize the Firefox window so that part of the desktop is showing.
- Click and drag the icon on the left side of the address bar (usually a globe or a padlock) onto the desktop.

Hi,
Have a look here. http://blog.mozilla.org/theden/2012/10/25/create-a-desktop-shortcut/
If you want to do it from the context menu then an extension like "Save File to" should do it (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/save-file-to/?src=userprofile).
