when i use googlevoice and make a call screen reader says alert every second not sure how to stop alert constant announce if necessary i can make an audio file

when i am on a call with googlevoice and using firefox pc version my screen reader jaws or NVDA will always say alert alert alert every second the call is in prograss. when i minimize window alert stuff stops. when i bring window back in focus alert alert starts again and its annoying. how would i stop tthe alert announcing even when window in focus? i use jaws15.0.

What I do not understand is if there is a notification option in JAWS, but I do not use the software. Is it possible to block the permissions of the application in the Options/Preference> Application settings? It might be listed there if its a Firefox webpage.
