Elaborate what you mean by "doesn't work" -- it can mean anything.

Sorry. I mean it doesn't load any maps. It just says loading. I have done the troubleshooting suggestions but it hasn't helped.

Exact same problem - I have resorted to using IE, or MapQuest - either solution works fine - screw Firefox if it doesn't work - I don't have the time to mess with it!
