I have another browser (Safari) and I want it as default browser. I don't know why, the window asking wether I want or not Firefox as default browser has disappeared. How do I solve this ? How do I stop Firefox to be my default browser ?

You can set your default browser on the Mac by using Safari.

  1. Start Safari
  2. In the Safari menu select Preferences
  3. In the General tab, use the Default web browser pulldown menu to choose your default browser
