How can I disable private browsing? My sneaky teenager is more familiar with the computer than I would like him to be!
After busting one of my sons looking at porn I checked in on the other! He has been using private browsing sessions! How do I disable that option? I already tried to add the (#sanitizeSeparator, #privateBrowsingItem, #sanitizeItem {display:none!important;}
- privateBrowsingAutoStart {display:none!important;}) into the userChrome.css. There is no userChrome.css file on my computer. HELP!!!

There's no way to disable Private Browsing altogether, without breaking other functions related to security. The code you are having a problem with is only for hiding the PB menu items, it doesn't block the keyboard command for starting a Private Browsing session.
Your best option is probably installing a good parental control, filtering program like this:
