I have been having trouble with getting FF to work correctly with LastPass. I have reinstalled it multiple times and tried clearing the cache after installation so I have a very clean FF. The last time I had this issue, LastPass support had me clear the cache without a new download and that worked for a short time. Is there a file etc. that needs to be cleared to now work with LastPass? I am using chrome with no issues with LastPass. I do not use Safari very often but LastPass works with it on my iMac. One post said it is a LastPass problem but why does it work on chrome and safari but not FF???

It's not up to Firefox forum end users to figure why LastPass Addon doesn't work with Firefox that is up to LastPass to resolve why it fails on FireFox since Firefox doesn't own LastPass.

I stated that LastPass works with chrome and safari but not FF, so I assume that you want the LastPass team to find where the problem in the FF code!!! My wife and are done with the FF browser - it goes into the same dark hole that all the Microsoft browsers went. I really do like the way FF was developed as open source but the answers from support leave a lot to be desired!

It's up to LastPass to run Firefox on their site to see what is happening when their extension or site won't work with Firefox. Firefox is user support unlike Chrome which is a Corporation with deep funds to do more then Firefox can do. Same goes with Addon it's up to the Addon developer to provide support and updates to their Addon that isn't up to Firefox.
