Stored passwords in Thunderbird

Hi I'm running Thunderbird 91.4.1 From time to time Thunderbird stores a password that should be deleted on exit. I can normally see and delete this by going to options. With the latest version the options tab seems to have disappeared. Help please Thanks Peter
