I am a long tile thunderbird user. I set up my comcast email account in thunderbird. It worked well for many years. After having updated to 91.0.1 version, I keep seeing the error below. I cannot receive emails anymore. Although I can send it out, I cannot save a copy of the outbound email in my sent folder. It seems the thunderbird server does not trust the certificates from the comcast server. Thanks! Boji

Hello there. We have read your message. We try to help you.
Is this issue still there?
Did you had and can you check your Smtp settings?
Try to check your Smtp settings. After updates some misunderstandings of the computer can appear. Wrong filling fields can be input for the machine after passing by. The error is created.
Greetings firefoxvolunteer.

Yes, the issue is still there after the installation of Thunderbird Setup 91.0.3. When I launch Thunderbirds, I see the error in the attached slide 1. I checked my Smtp settings, and the results are in attached slides 2 & 3. I still cannot receive emails in Thunderbird, but emails can be delivered at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX. Although I can send it out in Thunderbird, I cannot save a copy of the outbound email in my sent folder. Thunderbird asks me to save the copy in the local folder, Sent - [email protected]. It seems the thunderbird server does not trust the certificates from the comcast server. Thanks! Boji
