I just downloaded Thunderbird last night. I have two issues.

I followed the instructions to create a Global inbox in order to keep all of my inboxes one one page. When I get to the "Inbox for different account " in the advanced settings there is no option for this.

Also I cannot find any directions to migrated my current inboxes or folders to Thunderbird? The old program I am trying to get away from is Incredimail.

Sorry If I have not included everything you need. Please let me know if I can supply any needed information. Thanks, Rick

That option is only available for POP mail accounts. As it is not available you have created your accounts as IMAP. The most common type these days and the default in the new account wizard.

You might want to try using the folder view "unified"

There is no import option for incredimail. My understanding is it can export mail as EML files and these can be imported to Thunderbird with the import export tools addon. https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools-ng/?src=ss
