"Clear Data" stored cookies, site data, and cache NOT clearing. 160KB can only be cleared by "Force Quit" of Firefox.

"Clear Data", "Forget the Last 24hrs", and closing Firefox do not remove 160KB. This is a new problem.

Firefox may maintain a cache for some of the internal web requests that it needs to perform (update checks, add-on validation, etc). It's not uncommon for some cache to remain on the system after manually clearing the cache.
You can use the about:cache
page in Firefox if you want to see specifically what Firefox is caching.
As a side note, it looks like you are running in permanent Private Browsing mode. In that case, the cookies, cache and other session data gets deleted automatically when you close Firefox.
