How do I KILL all junk mail filters?
I am extremely irritated by Thunderbird filtering my E-mail. I have told it repeatedly that E-mail from my employer is not junk mail. I am not a fragile delicate person who needs to be protected from the evil dark world. I do not want any E-mail filters. There should be a "kill all filters" button so I can get my E-mail. I am looking for an E-mail client to use instead of Thunderbird even if I have to pay money for it. This is important.

Thunderbird has an adaptive junk-filter that can be reset to zero or turned of. For the general junk-filter see Options / security /junk
Every account can also be set to use filtering See Account settings /junk settings.
Here you can mark a checkbox if you would like to use an outside source.
Thunderbird's filter is taught by you marking mail as junk.
Most of the time it's one server on the mail's path that marks it as junk, They use all kind of different complaining lists. Unfortunately its hard to get of that list.
By resetting training data you delete the training-file and by not using adaptive junkfiltering you will not create one

You could create a filter: (IF)
Junk status - Is - junk + From - is in my address book - Personal address book
(THEN)
Set junk status to - Not Junk
(move it if you like)
