Since the most recent update I cannot get new messages once the program is opened. I can close and reopen and the new messages will pop.

The second issue is with emails marked read. They will mark themselves as unread if I change a folder and go back to the inbox.

Here is the error code reporting: Timestamp: 3/30/2016 11:51:18 AM Warning: Unknown descriptor 'panose-1' in @font-face rule. Skipped to next declaration. Source File: imap://tim%40bridgecomsystems%[email protected]:993/fetch%3EUID%3E/INBOX%3E8870 Line: 18, Column: 9 Source Code:

panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4;}

Any help would be appreciated.

Tim

There are a number of people who complained about not getting new messages via GoDaddy IMAP recently, unless Thunderbird is restarted. Check with GoDaddy if they have problems. Assuming there is a GoDaddy support forum, check whether other users have the same problem.

UPDATE: So far nothing I have found in GoDaddy settings or community chat have helped the problems. I'm probably going to try uninstalling and reinstalling Thunderbird to see if that fixes the issue. Hopefully this will not lose all of my saved emails.

GoDaddy claims they do not support the Thunderbird application. Yet they provide details on how to set up Thunderbird to send/receive email (curious). I'm at the point of changing from GoDaddy or Thunderbird, unfortunately Thunderbird will lose that battle.
